International Seminar MEMORY, NETWORK AND SOCIAL CHANGE

From oral traditions to new technologies, all human beings work to preserve their memory. How can one develop a world network of life histories and produce new social changes? These questions are the key concept of the International Seminar Memory, Network and Social Change, promoted by SESC-SP and Instituto Museu da Pessoa.Net. From August 12th to 15th, foreign and Brazilian guest speakers will discuss meaning of memory on people's life: in oral traditional societies, at school or day-by-day of the media. Through lectures, workshops, exhibitions and discussion panels, the Seminar will enable the public to get to know and understand concepts of memory from divergent cultures. And found their selves out as human being.
